The Spanish Oak Brandy is the reinvention of a traditional Spanish grape spirit, made in a century-old winery in Montilla, Cordoba, Andalucia. The Cellar was founded in 1902 in order to produce, age and commercialize the best wines from Montilla-Moriles area: generous wines, white wines, Pedro Ximenez sweet wines and Brandies.
It takes more than two years just to produce one drop of Spanish Oak Brandy!
Harvest the Pedro Ximenez grape. Dry under the sun. Make great quality sweet wine. Distil. Age it in an American oak sherry barrel with the traditional solera system. ENJOY!SHOP
MIXING A TRADITIONAL BRANDY? OH YES!
The Spanish Oak SOLERA and the ORANGE Solera is a great base liquor for cocktails and long drinks. Mix it with a unique style or just keep it simple! The choices are endless. Our favourite long drink is the Spanish Oak Solera on the rocks with a splash of Yuzu Tonic Water. A fruity, fresh and easy drink with just a touch of bitter and the exotic flavour of yuzu. Simple, beautiful and especially delicious!
